HOW TO BECOME A CLIENT AT HURON

We are so excited to meet you and your furry friends! We pride ourselves on compassionate care, while offering you and your family the best medicine in the business. To help streamline your first visit with us, and to make sure we have the most up-to-date information for your pet - please follow the directions below to set up your first appointment with us.
*Paperwork processing time is currently 1-2 WEEKS. You do not need to call us to schedule an appointment as we will reach out to you once we have reviewed your documents. We are currently booking out 1-2 WEEKS for new clients. If you feel your pet needs to be seen sooner, please check out one of the local urgent cares or veterinary ERs in the area.*
Please fill out the registration form below. This will allow us to set your account up in our system, instead of taking your information over the phone. This will save you lots of time!
Send Previous Medical History
The more information we have about your pet, the better we can provide the best, most up-to-date care for your family member. Please upload the most recent medical records to the registration form below. Invoices are not considered medical history. For any additional medical records, please email them to huronveterinary@gmail.com.
If your pet has never been to the vet before, or is a brand new member of your family with no medical history, please check the box informing us so in the registration form.
Scheduling Your Appointment
Once our team has received BOTH your registration form and all previous medical records (as applicable), they will reach out to you to schedule your first appointment with us.
Due to our high caseload - first time appointments will NOT be scheduled without the previous steps being completed. If you have any questions about whether or not we received your records or registration form, do not hesitate to reach out to our office at 617-661-9553.
*An $80 deposit will be required at the time of scheduling. This can be refunded if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours.
