If your pet is having an emergency during our open hours, please call and we will advise you if you should come in to see us or go straight to the ER. We make every effort to see our clients for urgent care, and the nature of the emergency will determine our recommendation.
**If your pet is having an emergency after hours, please consider the following emergency hospitals-they are open 24 hours a day and can see your pet without an appointment**
We care for your pet in all stages of life. When appropriate, we will aid you in creating a plan to keep your pet as healthy, happy, and comfortable as possible during their senior years.
If you do make the decision to put your pet to sleep, you may opt to have your pet put to sleep in the comfort of your own home. Although we do not provide this service ourselves, we recommend several house call veterinarians who provide in-home hospice care and euthanasia services.

Please call our office at 617-661-9553 to make your first appointment.
We ask that new clients show up for their first appointment 10-15 minutes early in order to start in a timely manner. If your pet has been to a vet before, please have them fax or e-mail their complete medical history to us in advance:
**Due to the high demand for appointments from both new and existing clients, we request that all first-time visits be confirmed with a phone call. If we can't reach you within 24 hours of your initial appointment with us, we reserve the right to cancel it in order to service other clients.**
Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot, but there is free 2 hour parking on Beacon Street right outside of the clinic. Additionally, there is metered parking available up the street. If you need to drop your pet off with us while you find a spot, feel free! We're happy to accommodate you.
